Store Policy

1. Sales & Purchase Policy

  • All sales of POS systems and software are final once installed or activated.

  • Customers are encouraged to review hardware and software specifications before purchase.

  • Demo units and trial versions may be available upon request.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • POS Hardware: Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase in unused, original condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

  • Software Licenses: Due to the nature of digital products, software purchases are non-refundable once activated or downloaded.

  • Exceptions may apply for faulty installations or defective software (must be reported within 7 days).

3. Support & Warranty

  • POS hardware typically includes a 1-year limited warranty from the manufacturer.

  • Software comes with 30 days of technical support for installation and setup.

  • Ongoing technical support plans are available and billed monthly or annually.

4. Upgrades & Compatibility

  • Software upgrades may be offered periodically. Compatibility with existing systems is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

  • We provide compatibility assessments upon request.

5. Licensing & Compliance

  • All software is licensed, not sold. Customers must comply with all end-user license agreements (EULAs).

  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. Data & Privacy

  • Customer data is confidential and used only for sales, support, or required reporting.

  • Data backups and security are the responsibility of the customer unless a support agreement is in place.

7. Training & Setup

  • Basic setup is included with most systems.

  • Additional training sessions or custom configurations are available at an hourly rate or as part of a premium plan.
